Simcha Weinstein is the Marketing Director for Mother Earth Food. He grew up in the Washington, D.C. area; went to college at UNC-Chapel Hill, and moved to Asheville nearly 30 years ago in 1994. He has been a voice on the National level for organic and local foods, along with sustainable agriculture since 1976.
